My back feels kind of better although still not fully recovered yet. My knee does not feel that loose anymore. Time + rest would heal all these I know but i think i'm well enough to start playing again.

Started playing today and i felt quite ok except
for some pains after knocks to my knee.
I guess i had a good day at training and league
today although my performance was nothing
close to great but still, I learnt new things today.

Still have a lot to work on.
With determination and hardwork, I'll get there..
