Oh my goodness.
My body is aching all over because of ytd's training.
Well because of the PT at least. I personally felt that
it was a good training for me. Especially during PT.
A lot of the things that I would have not be able to do
in the past, I did it last night. Maybe not that well
done but at least i didn't give up and manage to do
it relatively well together with the rest of the team.

The hurdles, push ups... I swear I'm proud of myself.
It is only going to get better from now on...


So, after training, went home to rest then out again
at 2am to watch soccer with the guys. Went to the
coffeeshop near my house.

I swear I was kept nervous right after the goal.
But the goal was magnificent though.
Pure class by the guy named Christiano Ronaldo.

NOW BRING ON ARSENAL.
